IDBURY PRINTS

Between the two world wars, Paris was flooded with emigré artists from central and eastern Europe. Together with French artists in Montmartre, they formed what is known as the School of Paris, whose head boy was Jules Pascin. Other prominent figures include Marcel Vertès, Luc-Albert Moreau, Gustave Assire, Chas Laborde, Charles-Auguste Edelmann, and the wife of Pascin, Hermine David.
