Terms and conditions

Every print sold or offered for sale by Idbury Prints Limited on Idburyprints.com is 100% guaranteed. Each print is sold with a Certificate of Authenticity and any relevant supporting documentation. We endeavour to describe all prints accurately, and to make the jpeg pictures as true as possible. Occasionally it is necessary to crop in to the images very slightly at the edges, to eliminate camera wobble; we never crop or adjust an image to hide flaws.

In our condition reports, Mint means the print looks as if it has never been handled; Fine means there are no flaws or marks; Excellent means the same as Fine except there may be edgewear or minor marks or creases; Very Good is a step down from Excellent, but still with no serious flaws; the words See Description refer you to a detailed condition report within the main description of the print.

Prints may be returned for any reason within 10 days of receipt in the original packing and condition. Prints are sent by registered or recorded delivery or by courier, insured by us. If you are not happy with anything, let us know and we will try to put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
